Mary Beth Schneider, Esq.
Ms. Schneider graduated from Boston College (B.A. 1989) and from Fordham University School of Law (J.D. 1992). She is admitted to practice in the State of Rhode Island. Prior to joining Orson & Brusini Ltd. in 2009, Ms. Schneider served as in-house counsel to Textron Financial Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Textron Inc. While at Textron, Ms. Schneider advised management on a wide range of legal, governmental, regulatory and operational issues impacting all aspects of business. She also has experience in the areas of corporate law, commercial real estate and commercial litigation. Ms. Schneider currently practices in the areas of corporate and business law, commercial transactions and insolvency.
