Ted concentrates his practice in commercial litigation and business insolvency. In his commercial litigation practice, Ted has represented all types of commercial parties, including shareholders/members of closely held companies in owner disputes, parties to contract disputes, eminent domain disputes, and large collection matters, among numerous others.

Stephen M. Brusini
Founding Shareholder
Steve co-founded the firm in 2004. He practices in the areas of corporate and business law, commercial transactions, business succession planning, and real estate, and serves as general counsel to a number of Rhode Island and regional entities

Giovanni La Terra Bellina
John advises clients on corporate, insolvency, land disputes, and environmental issues, with a focus in litigation before the Federal and State Courts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. John has also been appointed by the Court and sought after by parties to act as a mediator to resolve business disputes.
