Stephen M. Brusini

Steve co-founded the firm in 2004. He practices in the areas of corporate and business law, commercial transactions, business succession planning, and real estate, and serves as general counsel to a number of Rhode Island and regional entities.

Notable Experience

• Steve acted as a lobbyist for many years in the Rhode Island General Assembly and has authored numerous statutes and regulations.
• Steve also mediates business disputes and business aspects of domestic disputes and has received over 120 hours of mediation training, including 40 hours of advanced training at Harvard Law School’s Program on Mediation.
